Head out for a 2-2.5 mile walk (approximate ly 40 minutes). When finished, cool down, then stretch again.
9:30am
Breakfast. Make it light:Half a bagel with lowfat cream cheese, lowfat yogurt and fruit.
10am
Time to tone with floor exercises.Concentrate on trouble zones, like abdominals and thighs. Make this part of your spa day a daily routine.
10:30am
If you’re
solo, go in-line skating. If you’ve teamed up with a friend, try tennis, miniature golf or basketball.
Noon
Lunch break. A turkey sandwich with mustard on whole grain bread; baked chips; fresh fruit and veggies and a bottle of sparkling water.

Invigorate yourself with a quick shower.
2pm
Time to relax with a favorite book or magazine.
2:45pm
Prepare a lowfat, high-energy snack, such as raisins, banana chips, dates
and dried apri cots, along with a handful of yogurt chips and lowfat granola.
3:30pm
Mall tour! Pack up your snack, as well as a bottle of water, and cruise the mall. On your shopping list: Pick up bath treats for your evening relax ation time.
5pm
Post-mall foot soak. Relieve tired feet by soaking them in warm, soapy water.
5:30pm
Prepare alight dinner. Try salad with fat-free dressing and pasta with tomato sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Indulge in a sinless dessert of lowfat frozen yogurt with fresh sliced fruit.
6:30pm
Meditation stroll. Take a walk, no talking aloud. Now’s the time to put your mind at ease and wind down.
7pm
Soak up the benefits of aromatherapy in the tub. Add a few drops of rose geranium essential oil to the bath water to help calm and soothe yourself.
7:45pm
Veg out! Listen to some relaxing music (like Tori Amos) and sip on a cup of caffeine-free herbal tea…Don’t you feel great?
