Don’t like appearance
Lately I’m back to my job in the society after gave birth to a baby gal and I realized that I’m having a very severe problems with my appearance. I get stares by ppl surrounding me that makes me feels inferior, temperamental, terrify, lack of self confident and low self-esteem.
Honestly, I don’t like my high cheekbones appearance, and I feel unattractive. At this time as age goes by, my cheekbones are getting more prominent than before. Getting those stares from ppl, I get frustrated easily and only wish to go home immediately after work.
Having difficulties to focus with my work, I will have to take care of my six month old baby, doing house-choirs, cook dinner, etc. I feel like ending my life and get free of all these problems.
Is there anything that I can do to help myself?
Answer:
There is nothing wrong with the way you look it’s just that you fell plain and frumpy. Coming home after a day at work, cooking and what not, then you have the task of probably getting up and down with baby. You perhaps cannot find time to just sit in a nice hot tub of bubbles to relax. You need to take time for you. And when people look at you, smile at them. Depending on where you live, the winter months can sometimes depress us. Have hubby chip in a little (or mate) he helped bring baby into this world too. If you are alone, check into a local babysitting service. The Red Cross can help you with that. They offer info on it. Ask grandma to sit for a few hours, take a walk or window shopping, but yourself something pretty. Or drop baby off and go back home. Sit in the tub with a book and some wine or coffee or whatever. Just take 2 hours out of the week for yourself. It will help you to get rid of those problems. You don’t sound unattractive at all. You’re a mom that makes you beautiful. So relax and do not talk twaddle, which will take care of that baby girl you just gave birth to.
