Why he ejaculates very fast?
I would like to know why every time my husband and I have sex, he ejaculates very fast. This problem worries me because he’s afraid I won’t be happy with our sex life. We don’t want to use medicine, any suggestions?

There are a few reasons why a man ejaculates quicker than expected. Let me list out a few. The first is that he could be extremely “turned on” and is almost predisposed to “climaxing” quickly. Any form of stimulation would almost “push him off the edge” and that would result in him ejaculating. Here’s my suggestion: The next time you both engage in any stimulatory behavior and when your partner suggests he is getting closer to climaxing - JUST STOP! Stop everything you were doing earlier and do the following. Place your forefinger and middle finger over the head of your partner’s appendage and your thumb at the bottom of the head of it. The top two fingers should be on either side of the natural anatomical ridge of the head of the appendage and the thumb should be at the bottom, either on the ridge or just behind it. Then squeeze and hold. This delays the ejaculation process and reduces the rigidity of the erection. Once the appendage is “relaxed” and the “orgasmic” sensation has passed it delays the ejaculation urge and allows for further inter-stimulatory behavior. This technique is regularly practiced in sex therapy and for helping men with early ejaculatory problems. It even benefits the woman as the man is not “spent” and is able to maintain his sexual motivation to perform. Don’t forget- practice makes perfect!
