Communication with a lot of phone texting
I have just started seeing a new guy and like many infatuated couples we do a lot of phone texting. I know this shouldn’t bother me but he is really careless and slapdash in this communication. He uses predictive text and doesn’t check that the right word has actually appeared and takes lots of short cuts like saying “u” when he means “you”. Is this a man who cuts corners and should I be wary?

Is this a woman who overanalyses? Yikes, sister, it’s just a quick way of getting messages across. You said that this was a process of flirtation - the key element of which is fun, so why are you even bringing this downer into it? Could it be that you are subconsciously looking for a reason to back away from this budding liaison?
