I’m a male. I’m a 19-year-old with a very long “appendage” (if you know what I mean) and it has caused me much embarrassment. I can’t wear shorts or even jeans whenever I go out because it causes a huge bulge on my private area even though I wear tight underwear. When sitting down I practically have to cover the area with my hands. My girlfriend always comments about it and fears getting intimate with me. How do I overcome this problem? Is being “huge” something to be proud off?

There’s very little you can do about your package, other than having very painful and potentially risky surgery - which is not the ideal solution. But it is possible to change how you feel about it and about yourself. Many men would love to be huge - some of the glances you get may well be envious or even, from some women, quite lustful! In the mean time, reassure your girlfriend that you’ll be gentle and remember that there are many other ways of showing your love for each other than through penetrative sex.
