Symptom of STD or AIDS
I met this “playboy” type of guy, and we had sex a few times. Recently, my “down there” became terribly itchy. Is that a symptom of STD or AIDS? Can you tell me more about these infections? I’m terribly scared.

I am glad you are scared - you should be freaking out! You have been very irresponsible with yourself and your body. STD stands for Sexually Transmitted Disease. AIDS is Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. AIDS is a stage of ill-health after one gets the HIV virus. To be frank, it is highly possible that you could have picked up a virus from this playboy via your sexual behaviour. You have no guarantee of how “clean” he is. What is worse is that he may not even know what diseases he has from his “playing” around with other women. You are at high risk and must not waste time in getting yourself to a doctor who can tell you what may or may not be wrong with you. If you feel there is something wrong with your health, you owe it to yourself to do the responsible thing and see a doctor now!
