I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend and we only did it once. However, I got paranoid and regret doing it. Is it true that the vagina will become tightened if I stop having sex for a long time? And do all men prefer virgins?

It is important for you to understand your paranoia about sexual intercourse. It is best if you seek some form of counsel to objectively analyze your experience and ensure that this does not become a stumbling block to future sexual encounters. Don’t carry regret around. What has happened is done and cannot be reversed. You (and your counselor) should build on this and move forward. There are many lessons to learn from the past and you have the perfect opportunity to do so. It’s not true the vagina will become tight if it’s not “used”. As a woman gets older her vaginal tissues age, some “looseness” starts to set in. When one engages in foreplay and sexual intercourse the body prepares the vagina for penetration by allowing related muscles to relax and offering lubrication for ease of penetration. A great extent of this is controlled by one’s state of mind and this is why it is important that you are balanced in your emotions and happy doing what you wish to do.
