I’m 17 and work in a coffee shop and think I’m in love with my boss’ son, who is 13 years older than me. He has a job, owns property and is my dream man! He gives me a lift home daily, and we talk. Sometimes, he’ll initiate the conversations, and sometimes I notice him watching me. My gut tells me he likes me. What do I do?

He might like you or maybe he’s just being nice. It’s often hard to tell. If you make a move, it could be very embarrassing if he was just being nice to his parent’s employee. You have two things against you: You are a lot younger than him and you’re employed by his parent. It sounds to me like this is a crush, Perfectly understandable and enjoyable. But try to take it further, and you could end up losing him and your job. Even if he is interested, he might just want a fling! So enjoy the crush till someone more suitable comes along.
