Is he loves me or if he still has feelings for his ex?
Having just come out of a relationship, I started dating this guy I’ve known for a few months, thinking why not try dating someone new. He asked me out while we were online. Everything went well at first, but now I’m kind of suspicious, wondering if loves me or if he still has feelings for his ex. He still keeps in touch with her. I don’t know what to do: Should I just ask him or wait first?

Ask him! Why not? What have you got to lose? The trouble with “meeting” someone online is that it inevitably has an artificial feel about it. You never know the real person until you meet them face to face and spend some time with them - real time, not online time. If he still has feelings for his ex, maybe he’s not ready to fall in love again? Maybe you’re not either. It is only a few months and love isn’t always instant. In fact, I would argue the best kind of love is one that grows slowly, creeps up on you and then engulfs you in warm, fuzzy feelings. So I would say, take a breath and give it time.
