Why do I feel scared when he like me?
I’m 19 and single but most of my friends already have boyfriends. There have been guys who liked me but I’ve never accepted them. In fact, they make me uncomfortable when they confess to liking me and I’ll start to avoid them. But still, I’d like a boyfriend of my own. Is there something wrong with me? Why do I feel scared when they like me?

It can be quite scary going from single to having a boyfriend so I do understand why you’re putting men off who appear to like you. Perhaps you think you’d like a boyfriend but the reality, when it looks like it’s happening, isn’t so appealing? Maybe you think you don’t deserve a boyfriend? Have a problem of low self-esteem? Spend some time on your own away from potential boyfriends, and try to work out what it is that you want for yourself. Once you know that, it’s much easier to get it.
