How can I sleep better?

I don’t ever seem to get a good night’s rest. It’s just ‘ one restless night after another and I seem to be losing weight because of this. How can I sleep better?

    Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Consume lighter foods later in the day. Add some EFA’s (essential fatty acids),,, such as olive oil if you have on your salad, peanut, wall nuts. The fat helps slow down the activity of you brain. Try relax before going to sleep and let go of the problems.
