Blood trickled out after intercoure
Each time, in order to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, my boyfriend would “come” outside by masturbating. But recently, instead of just the normal semen discharge, quite a bit of blood trickled out after he came. This had not happened before. My boyfriend thinks perhaps he used too much force when making out. He felt the pain at the time, but instead of stopping, he ignored it completely. Both of us are each other’s first sex partner. He refuses to see a doctor about the situation. What is the cause of his bleeding, and what can I do to help him?
answer:
There is a possibility of an internal trauma which might have led to the bleeding. Often, when the act of having sexual intercourse is prolonged and there is no release in tension of the penis, the urethra can be damaged slightly because of it. Most of the time, the bleeding will clear by itself. On the other hand, he may have stones in the kidney or an infection that can lead to the bleeding. If it recurs, he should see a doctor just to be make sure there are no other problems lurking beneath the surface. In the meantime, make sure that he drinks enough water (at least eight to ten glasses a day) so that he can pass out any blood in the urine or flush out possible stones.
