Snore like an old man

My boyfriend says I snore like an old man. What can I do about the problem?

That makes a change - usually it’s him. You’re likely to snore if you’ve drunk too much, smoke or are overweight. Other contributory factors include sleeping on your back, breathing through your nose and eating a large meal before bedtime - a full stomach presses on the diaphragm and can lead to labored breathing.
If you want to stop snoring, avoid alcohol four hours before bedtime and lose weight if you need to. You could try - don’t laugh - stick-on nostril dilators (speak to your GP for recommendations). Not much of a turn-on, but it encourages you to breathe properly and reduces the chance of snoring. Well, he can’t have everything, can he?
