Explain what an orgasm is

Although I’ve been married for three years, I’ve never had an orgasm. That feeling of shooting stars, fireworks and all has never happened for me. Its through no fault of my husband and in fact he goes all out to please me. Please explain what an orgasm is and how I can attain this wonderful sensation.

answer:
Orgasm is the release of the built-up tension, energy and engorgement of blood that occurs after sex has begun. During orgasm the body stiffens and the muscles contract. Involuntary spasms may occur in various parts of the body, including your legs, stomach, arms and back. For most people these earth-shattering orgasms are rare occurrences. To increase your chances of reaching an orgasm, make sure you and your husband are relaxed, rested and able to concentrate on the moment. Make sure there are no distractions - turn off mobile phones and try and put aside the stresses and strains of daily life. Start by concentrating on your breathing and take long, deep breaths to set the mood. Just remember that sex is a journey and not a goal-driven game.
