Men don’t call her
My friend always has sex with men on the first date and later gets upset when these guys don’t call. How can I help her without making her feel like a slut?

My mother used to say, “Don’t give a guy milk and then expect him to buy the cow.” Not a nice way of putting it, but there’s truth to it all the same. If your friend just wants sex with a guy - and why not -then fine, she should go ahead. But if she wants more, then she should hold back and see if something else develops first. Lots of long-term relationships, and even marriages, do start in bed. But the odds are better if she holds back a bit. And I hope she realises what a nice mate you are.
